Focus: To be mindful of God’s presence in life, marriage, and family

Intention: Humility

For the Body

Type of Yoga Session: 60-min Vinyasa

Pose Success: Half Moon Pose

Pose Struggle: Warrior I

Mood Before: Bloated, Sleepy, At Peace

Mood After: Positive, Happy, Peaceful

Inversion: Supported Headstand

Ultimate Goal: Be able to keep shin parallel in pigeon pose

For the Mind

Positive Thoughts: I am striving to stay focused by disciplining myself to perform daily rituals and draw the mind in, the key being mindfulness and general well-being.
