For the Spirit

Focus: Finding ways for my cup to be filled by God; to feel and know life in its wholeness and freedom

Intention: Wholeness


For the Body

Type of Yoga Session: 55-minute Vinyasa Flow, super freaking boring teacher today

Pose Success: Half Lord of the Fish, Ardha Matsyendrasana

Pose Struggle: Virabhadrasana I

Mood Before: Sleepy, Task-Oriented, Content

Mood After: Disappointed, Frustrated, Task-Oriented

Inversion: Sarvangasana with Supta Baddha Konasana

Ultimate Goal: Be able to keep shin parallel in pigeon pose


For the Mind

Positive Thoughts: It is imperative to offer every day the opportunity to cultivate the body, to discipline the self by performing daily rituals, and to draw the mind in, the foremost principles being mindfulness and general well-being.
