Focus: Defining what men and women are in the institution of marriage; the balance of husband and wife and becoming one flesh

Intention: Giving to Keith

 

For the Body

Type of Yoga Session: 30-min Basic Vinyasa

Pose Success: Crow, Baksana and Warrior III, Virabhadrasana III

Pose Struggle: Vinyasa, specifically Chataranga

Mood Before: Rested, Productive, Serious

Mood After: Rested, Sleepy, Productive

Inversion: Viparita Karani, Legs Up the Wall

Ultimate Goal: Be able to keep shin parallel in pigeon pose

 

For the Mind

Positive Thoughts: I am striving to stay focused by disciplining myself to perform daily rituals and draw the mind in, the key being mindfulness and general well-being.
